It may be that this so called president we have, will manage to destroy this country even in the short time he has left.
The riots we've had in Californiastan, blocking Trump, destroying property, defying police and demanding that the southwest be returned to Mexico, may end up giving him justification, at least in his mind, to declare martial law.
Some of the freedoms we will lose under martial law may include the right to be free from
unreasonable searches and seizures, freedom of association, and freedom
of movement. And the writ of habeas corpus may be suspended. This meaning you may be picked up and held and you will have not right to go before a court and making the 'state' justify your being held.
Another thing that should be of critical consideration for the up coming election is the appointment of the next Supreme Court Justice. If another like minded person, to obama, is appointed, they could justify every action he would take as he could hold onto the office of president indefinitely. Scary.
