Is the FBI playing games with the investigation into hiLIARy's email?  I read, over the past few days, that they were looking into the originators of these classified documents.  Are they going to pass the criminal buck back to these people?

  I am really inclined to think they are being objective but who can trust any one if the federal government now?  I would only look at these  people to see if they are the one that  took the documents out of the secure network and moved them to the unsecure one.  Whoever did that is the one should hang, whether hilLIARy instructed them to or not.  Then, nail her for giving the instruction and again if she forwarded any of these documents.

  I lived under these classification rules for years and when in the service, I was 'debriefed' many times.  This 'debriefing' was simply them reminding you of the consequences of divulging classified information.  These consequences were severe.

  If anyone that reads this know whether the House or the Senate can appoint a Special Prosecutor with subpoena powers?  Can anyone other than a Grand Jury indict?
