Today is the 21st day of January, (yeah, I figured that out myself) and the Chicago Tribune has reported that as of yesterday, there have been 19 people killed and 101 people wounded in this bastion of 'Gun Control'.

  One of these victims was killed at a party four blocks from the home of his Honor Rahm Emanuel.

  A spokesman for the police department said that most of the shootings were a result of "chronic gang conflicts".  But with the city being  practically a 'gun free zone', how could this be?  All they need to do is pass another law and that will fix the problem.  Not!
